HOW WE WORK
Four phases
one lead designer.
Most projects take six to ten months from the first conversation to the final install, and one lead designer stays with yours the whole way.
Discovery
TWO TO THREE WEEKS
The first step is a visit to the showroom. Then we measure the space and take just as much care learning how you use it.
YOU LEAVE WITH
A written design brief, and an investment range defined before design begins.
Design
SIX TO TEN WEEKS
Plans, elevations, and material selections, revised until the room is right. Renderings are always labeled as renderings.
YOU LEAVE WITH
A complete drawing set and a fixed proposal, with lead times confirmed when you sign.
Craft
TWELVE TO TWENTY WEEKS
Your millwork is built to the drawings by craft partners we’ve worked with for fifteen years. We post progress photos to the client portal, so you never have to chase an update.
YOU LEAVE WITH
Cabinetry built right the first time.
Install & Care
TWO TO FOUR WEEKS
White-glove installation, a walkthrough, and a care guide for your specific materials. When a hinge needs adjusting in year six, you call us.
YOU LEAVE WITH
A finished room, and our phone number.

ASKED & ANSWERED
The questions we hear most often.
-
Yes. Ask for the introductory call, which is thirty minutes by video with a designer. It’s free and there’s nothing to prepare or install. Tell us which days and times suit you and we’ll send an invitation that fits the designer’s calendar. We’re happy to do it by phone instead.
-
Comprehensive kitchens are typically a six-figure investment. We define your range in Discovery, in writing, before design begins.
-
Yes. Most of our projects involve an architect, builder, or interior designer, and we take on the kitchen and millwork scope.
-
We usually schedule new design projects one to three months out, and millwork lead times are confirmed in the proposal before you sign.
BEGIN
Phase one is a conversation over coffee, with no salespeople in the room.
